Registration
Guidelines
- Enclose a $50 nonrefundable deposit per
camper for all 3-day and 6-day children or youth programs. Enclose a $50
nonrefundable deposit per family for all weekend programs. Kindercamp
registrants enclose $33. Your deposit is credited toward the total
registration cost. Deposit refund exceptions will be made only for
illness or death in the family.
- Important! Registration balances (if any)
must be paid at least 2 weeks before the start date of your registered camp
program.
- Campers are placed in cabins according to 1) grade and 2) roommate
preference. We will do our best to match up to 2 roommate preferences.
Because our cabins house only
7 or 8 campers, groups of friends
consisting of 4-6 campers are difficult to accommodate and may be split into
2 smaller groups for housing purposes.
- The check in times for all camp programs are as follows:
* Camps beginning on Sunday - from 1:00-2:30 p.m. * Camps beginning on Wednesday - from 2:00-2:30 p.m. * Camps beginning on Friday - from 7:00-7:45 p.m.
* Camps beginning on Saturday - from 8:30-9:00 a.m.
- We are only able to accept registrations that are accompanied with a deposit
or full payment.
The
FILL IT! Discount
gives a $10 or $15 discount for our harder-to-fill sessions. This helps us turn
fewer campers away during our most sought after weeks.

Online

Because our current online payment system was bought out, paying online
will not be available for the remainder of this summer. We apologize for
the inconvenience.
By Mail

- Fill it
out online then print it -or- print it first and then fill it out by hand.
- Include the appropriate deposit or payment
using check or credit card, then mail it in.
- If a spot is available, you will receive a
Camp confirmation
within a few weeks that includes a balance statement, medical
form, and either paper copies or a link to directions, a packing list, and
other important program information.
If your 1st choice program is full, then you will be registered for your 2nd,
alternate choice. If both your 1st and 2nd choices are full, we will contact you in
regards to possible alternatives or to return your deposit/payment.
Registration balances (if any)
must be paid at least 2 weeks before the start date of your registered camp
program. If your final payment would not reach Camp before
registration, please bring it with you. Thank you.
