Registration Guidelines
Enclose a $50 non-refundable deposit per
camper for all 3-day and 6-day programs.
Your deposit is credited toward the total registration cost. Refund
exceptions are only made for instances of camper injury, camper illness,
or death in the family.
Registration balances (if any) must be
paid at least 2 weeks before the start date of your registered camp
program.
Campers' grades are determined by their
2009-2010 school year.
Campers are placed in cabins according to
1) grade and 2) roommate preference. We will do our best to match up
to two roommate preferences. Because our cabins house only seven or
eight campers, groups of friends consisting of four to six campers
are difficult to accommodate and may be split into two smaller
groups for housing purposes.
Financial Aid: Our Campership Fund, made
possible through the generosity of Camp Lutherhaven friends and
supporters, is available to any family with financial need. PLEASE
do not allow finances to stand in the way of a child's summer
camping experience! To request financial assistance, check the box
on the bottom of the registration form and send in your registration
along with the deposit. Camp will then send you an application, or
you may print one.
The check-in times for camp programs are
as follows: • Camps beginning on Sunday: from 1:00-2:30pm, •
Camps beginning on Wednesday: from 2:00-2:30pm, • Camps beginning on Friday: from 7:00-7:45 p.m. •
Camps beginning on Saturday: from 8:30-9:00 a.m.

W., Albion, IN, 46701. We are only able to accept registrations that
are accompanied with a deposit or full payment.
Upon receipt of your registration, Camp
will send registration confirmation by mail that includes an online
link to directions, a packing list, and other important program
information. Please let us know if you would prefer these mailed to
you.
