1. Enclose a $50 nonrefundable deposit per camper for all weeklong programs. Enclose a $25 nonrefundable deposit for all weekend or 3-day programs. Balance is due upon arrival. Refund exceptions will be made only for illness or death in the family.
2. Campers' grades are determined by their 2003-2004 school year.
3. Campers are placed in cabins according to 1) age & 2) roommate preference. We will do our best to match up to two roommate preferences.
4. Because our cabins house only seven or eight campers, groups of friends consisting of 4-6 campers are difficult to accommodate and may be split into two smaller groups for housing purposes.
5. FINANCIAL AID: We believe that no child should be turned away because of finances. Our Campership fund, made possible through the generosity of Camp Lutherhaven friends and supporters, is available to families with financial need as long as funds are available. Contact the camp office for more information (260- 636-7101). PLEASE do not allow finances to stand in the way of a child's summer camping experience!
6. The registration times for all camps are as follows: 
   Camps beginning on Sunday - from 1:00-2:30 p.m.
   Camps beginning on Friday - from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
   Camps beginning on Wednesday - from 2:00-3:00 p.m.

   FILL IT! Discount
   In order to turn fewer campers away during our most popular weeks, we have created the FILL IT! Discount. This program gives a $10 or $15 discount for our harder-to-fill programs. So check your family’s schedule to see if you can save yourself some money and help someone else come to Camp.  Look for FILL IT $ Discount next to any camp program which has this special discount.

If a spot is available, you will receive a packet of confirmation information.  If your 1st choice program is full, then you will be registered for your 2nd, alternate choice.  If both your 1st and 2nd choices are full, we will contact you in regards to possible alternatives or to return your deposit/payment.
